Hi, I'm Katerina Braga.
Twenty years on the client side of B2B decisions, across energy, oil and gas, IT and telecom, in Ukraine and across Europe, taught me how growth actually gets built. Five times, I built marketing and communications functions from scratch, most recently as Head of Corporate and Marketing Communications at one of Europe's largest underground gas storage operators, where that work supported 79% growth in the international client base within two years.
Before that, I was Chief Editor for a media outlet with a 150k audience, and developed and implemented 10+ marketing and PR strategies across different organizations. In 2025, a diploma from Oxford College of Marketing added a formal foundation to that experience.
Over two years ago, I started my own business, working with consulting boutiques and independent consultants. My method combines proven consulting practice with hands-on execution, business development, marketing, and PR techniques that fit how consultants actually sell.
That's how I work with clients today: not choosing between advising and doing. I can be the strategist who hands you the plan, the person who implements it with you, or the one who supports you or your team to run it.
